Work Out:
To be "beautiful" you need to be healthy and work out often. Keep fit and go to fitness often, or else work out often at the field or a park or maybe at home.
Hygiene:
Sleep:
It's also important, to sleep atleast 8 hours a day for teenager and adults. For younger children its 11-12 hours. More sleep, makes you more beautiiful.
