Beauty is not only make-up.

Beauty isn't JUST make-up.
Work Out:

To be "beautiful" you need to be healthy and work out often. Keep fit and go to fitness often, or else work out often at the field or a park or maybe at home.

Hygiene:

It's also important, to wash your hands and shower everyday. Wash your hair with suitable products and condition, min. everyday second day. Wash your body too. Wash your face, with a smooth sponge and rub gently. When washing your arms, wash up to your elbow down to the tip of your fingers.
Sleep:

It's also important, to sleep atleast 8 hours a day for teenager and adults. For younger children its 11-12 hours. More sleep, makes you more beautiiful.
